Job Description:

The Manufacturing Data Coordinator will support our client in the launch of new vehicle models. This position would provide support to the Manufacturing Chief Engineer and Deputy Chief Engineer at the Toledo vehicle assembly plant.

Key Responsibilities:

"Responsibilities may include but would not be limited to:

• Maintain and continuously improve live program dashboards visible round the clock in the program room
• Establish, maintain and improve connectivity to multiple data sources
• Produce meaningful and easily understandable data visualizations, traceable to the data sources
• Maintain and continously improve visual scorecards/dashboards to make progress visible and easily understandable
• Provide on-demand ad-hoc reporting"
  
  

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position?

"Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
• Familiar with the vehicle manufacturing process
• Strong problem solving skills, with tenacious approach to drive issues to closure
• Natural curiosity to understand the causes of issues and learn from past experience
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills, relationship building skills and public speaking ability"

• Automotive plant experience
• Experience on formal problem solving methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis)
