Inventory Specialist

Join our team in Saint Paul, MN, where you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our inventory systems. We are looking for a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain processes in hospital and clinic supply areas.

Duties

• Order, maintain, and replenish products and supplies in the supply chain inventory locations and hospital and clinics supply areas.
• Primary task: Order picking using a mobile handheld device and order receiving using mobile handheld and/or workstation computer.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of personal computers, including standard e-mail and calendar products.
• Able to learn special purpose software as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility to be discussed as needed).
