Requirements:
- Active clinical license (RN or equivalent clinical discipline)
- 3 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, peer review, or clinical performance improvement
- Experience reviewing medical records and clinical documentation for quality, compliance, and clinical standards
- Familiarity with hospital regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary clinical reviews or committees
- Prior experience supporting or coordinating a hospital peer review program
- Background in Quality & Patient Safety or Clinical Effectiveness departments
