Key Responsibilities
- Aggregate data from ChargePoint and other systems into a unified data model for analysis and reporting.
- Monitor daily performance of all onsite EV chargers using dashboards.
- Track and report on key metrics, including:
- Power dispensed
- Charging cost and time-of-use trends
- Charger errors and downtime
- Vehicle/asset IDs on chargers
- Charging curves, peak power, and utilization
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Power BI dashboard consolidating data from multiple systems.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage relationships with charger vendors and service partners.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and present key insights to management.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend opportunities to improve utilization, reduce downtime, and enhance cost efficiency.
- Support contract planning and renewals for charger maintenance and data services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development).
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and analytical problem solving.
- Familiarity with ChargePoint and Alpitronic dashboards (or willingness to learn).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with cross functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Energy Management, or a related field.
Preferred:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, operations monitoring, energy systems, IoT, or facility management.
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure, utility data, or industrial systems is a plus.
