Key Requirements:

  • Epic Client System Manager Certification (required at time of submission)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Epic Hyperspace client support experience (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting)
  • Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI environment support experience
  • Ability to support after-hours maintenance and Epic upgrades

Schedule: Standard hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with required on-call support (24/7 via pager/phone). After-hours and weekend support is expected.

Salary : $82,742
