Job Summary

The Registered Nurse I is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. This involves utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures to monitor and evaluate patient functional status.

Skills

Required Skills & Experience:

• Must have six (6) - twelve (12) months of RN experience. No entry-level applicants will be considered.
  
  

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous ER experience.
  
  

Education

Required Education:

• ADN or ASN degree.
• Completion of the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, holding or being entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.

Certification & Licensure

Required Certification & Licensure:

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
