- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or other related field.
- Degree Equivalency:
- 2 year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field and 2 years of reporting and data analysis work experience.
- OR 4 years reporting and data analysis experience.
- Required Work Experience:
- 4 Years Research and analysis experience.

- Assisting customers (I/S employees) with adhoc analysis and recurring work related primarily to work planning and resource allocation

- Utilizing a consultative mindset to help customers reach intended outcomes
- Driving process schedules and process improvements
- Sustaining the high level of quality expected of the department
- Able to understand the data at the lowest level
- Able to talk to the story and summarize for an executive audience
