Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist: II (Intermediate)

Job Description:

Under minimal supervision, enter and review data related to bank deposits and consumer loans.

• Duties include:
• Creating, reviewing and checking agreements for accuracy
• Creating loan and deposit agreements with 3rd parties and customer
• Review documents and log critical information and review partial documents for accuracy.
• Create and update spreadsheets with information such as
• Customer name, Account number, 3rd party creditor name, creditor address
• Create and send out notice documents to involved parties
• Update SharePoint folder with progress and pending items
