Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
The primary role of the Analytics & Insights, Solutions, and Reporting (AISR) business analyst is to facilitate discussions with Operational Non-Financial Risk (ONFR) stakeholders to define and document business requirements for ONFR business solutions. Solutions include business intelligence visualizations, reports, and dashboards; machine learning models; one-off data analysis requests; and formal reporting. Secondary responsibilities may include assisting stakeholders with acceptance test planning; managing the team’s solution backlog; and managing team solution changes / controls.
- Collaborates with various ONFR teams across the project lifecycle to ensure solution delivery is aligned with business requirements.
- Develops informative, coherent, and usable project artifacts covering functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Our focus is primarily on ONFR solutions but these solutions may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
Qualifications:
Candidates will typically have between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience. Specific skills sought include:
