Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the availability and performance of wired and wireless office networks
  • Support auxiliary and administrative systems, including email, Google Voice, and Google Workspace tools
  • Manage workstation setup, imaging, maintenance, and end-user support
  • Protect network and system security across the office environment
  • Respond to general IT support needs and prioritize urgent operational issues
