What we're looking for:
We need a senior civil litigator with 12 years of practice experience who can independently manage a full litigation docket from day one. Bonus points if you bring experience in business torts, business dissolution litigation, or appeals.
What you'll do:
-
Own and manage a full civil litigation docket independently across the firm's practice areas (real estate, construction, commercial business, business torts, and general civil litigation)
-
Handle all phases of litigation including trial preparation, motion practice, discovery, and depositions
-
Work directly with the Managing Partner (Matt Taylor) and firm leadership on case strategy and client matters
-

-
Contribute to the firm's growth by potentially developing new practice areas aligned with your expertise and interests
-
