What you'll do
• Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans
• Help students improve motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and Special Education teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning
• Support students across multiple schools within the district
What you'll need
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Washington State Occupational Therapist license
• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
