Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
- Collaborating with in-house clients, experts, third-party administrators, opposing counsel, and witnesses
- Reviewing, investigating, and evaluating the factual and legal aspects of claims
- Taking and defending depositions
- Assisting with trial and arbitration preparation, including motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, exhibits, and witness preparation
Compensation for this role ranges from $158,000 to $190,000, plus annual performance-based bonuses. Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and years of practice.
