About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance coverage litigation from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement documents.
- Prepare and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assess coverage and risk exposure.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and updates.
- Balance multiple matters while producing high-quality work independently.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
