What You'll Do

• Build, assemble, and support mold-making projects from start to finish.
• Operate equipment including surface grinders, manual mills, drill presses, and spotting presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
• Work with mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Use hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You'll Bring

• 1 years of manufacturing or mold-making experience.
• Journeyman Toolmaker education.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment and tooling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Mold-making experience preferred.
