What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare take-offs and estimates for commercial drywall and metal stud projects
- Review plans, specs, and bid documents
- Develop pricing and bid proposals
- Negotiate bids through award
- Manage projects from preconstruction through execution
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
What they’re looking for:
- 3 years estimating drywall and light/heavy gauge metal stud framing
- Experience with multi-million-dollar commercial projects
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
- Strong understanding of commercial construction materials and specifications
- Solid communication and organizational skills
