Estimator / Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Metal Studs

Job Description

  • Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for commercial projects
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and documents
  • Develop professional bid proposals and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate bids and follow through to contract award
  • Manage projects with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years estimating light and heavy gauge metal stud framing and drywall
  • Experience estimating multi-million-dollar commercial projects
  • Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and specifications
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
