About the role
This is a high-impact leadership role owning product and market strategy for a growing NGS portfolio.
You’ll drive end-to-end product commercialization, lead a team of product managers, and shape how advanced genomics solutions are positioned, launched, and scaled globally.
What you’ll be doing
- Own full NGS product lifecycle: concept → launch → optimization
- Define product roadmap and commercial strategy
- Lead market research and build ROI-driven business cases
- Drive product launches, go-to-market strategy, and performance optimization
- Analyze market trends, competition, and emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations and go/no-go decisions
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Oversee multiple product lines and cross-functional execution
- Identify and manage partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions
- Partner with sales on revenue targets, campaigns, and enablement
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

- 18 years in life sciences product marketing
- 10 years leading high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in NGS, including RNA sequencing and library prep workflows
- Strong experience in product strategy, commercialization, and market growth
- Proven ability to own full product lifecycle end-to-end
