Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a proactive and highly responsible Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations at our redistribution center. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing inventory for a variety of products, including green energy technologies like solar panels and electric bicycles. This role requires a balance between physical expertise (machinery operation) and digital administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the warehouse team's workflow to ensure daily receiving and shipping targets are met.
• Inventory Management: Utilize MS Dynamics to record, track, and adjust stock levels in real-time.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Forklift for loading/unloading containers and organizing merchandise in high-bay racking.
• Data Accuracy: Execute inventory control using RF Scanners, ensuring every physical move is accurately reflected in the system.
• Redistribution Logistics: Manage the intake and outbound flow of specialized products (e-bikes, solar panels), ensuring proper handling and storage protocols.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between management and the floor staff, providing reports and instructions in fluent English and Spanish.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Fluent English (ability to read manuals, draft emails, and conduct technical conversations).
• Systems Experience: Proven proficiency in MS Dynamics (or a similar ERP) and solid Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel).
• Certifications: Valid and current Forklift Operator certification.
• Tools: Expert experience using RF Scanners for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Soft Skills: Must be highly proactive, with a strong ability to solve problems under pressure and a mindset for continuous process improvement

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of lithium battery handling and safety (for e-bikes) and fragile equipment handling (solar panels).
• Previous experience in high-volume redistribution centers.
