Job Type: Full time temp-to-hire
Pay: $20-$22/HR DOE
Schedule: 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. (2nd Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control testing, product sampling, and line monitoring
- Conduct laboratory testing and equipment calibration
- Execute internal quality audits and evaluations
- Assist with implementing and improving QC operating procedures
- Perform Brix testing, refractive index testing, sensory evaluation, moisture testing, and weight checks
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and lab safety requirements
Qualifications:
- [Preferred] Degree (BA/BS/AA) in Chemistry or related scientific field
- 1–3 years of quality control or lab technician experience
- Gas Chromatography experience preferred
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Weekend flexibility
