Technical Recruiter (Part-Time, Remote Contract)Talent Mission, a local contract recruiting firm, is seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs for a variety of mid-to-senior level technology roles. This is a fully remote, contract-based position ideal for a self-driven recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities and a passion for technology.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify high-quality Information Technology candidates for mid-to-senior level technical roles.Leverage tools including search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social platforms to engage and qualify passive talent.Conduct candidate interviews to assess work history, technical skills, experience, compensation details, and overall fit.Essential Experience & QualificationsProven success sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates.Strong ability to quickly assess resumes and identify high-potential talent.Passion for technology and familiarity with relevant skills, roles, companies, and technical communities.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated.Advanced research and sourcing capabilities with a focus on quality over quantity.Strong sense of urgency, client focus, and the ability to prioritize effectively.Experience sourcing candidates for security-cleared positions is highly preferred.Internet-savvy with hands-on experience using social media and digital sourcing tools.Required SkillsMinimum of 2 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in Information Technology.Experience working with applicant tracking systems Extensive experience using Indeed, Clearancejobs and Linkedin RecruiterComfortable cold-calling and pitching opportunities to candidates.Demonstrated experience recruiting across a broad range of IT roles, including Developers/Engineers, Technical Program Managers, Solutions Architects, and Database Administrators.
