Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to help keep projects on schedule. This role works with team members to track tasks, maintain documentation, coordinate information, and support day-to-day project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating project schedules and activities
• Track project tasks, deadlines, and updates
• Communicate project information to team members
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and requests
• Update spreadsheets, records, and internal systems
• Provide general administrative support to project teams
