Project Manager – Commercial Electrical (On-Site | Fort Myers, FL)

We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects, manage a Superintendent and field teams, and serve as the key liaison with General Contractors.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Oversee all assigned commercial electrical projects from start to finish
• Supervise a Superintendent and support Foremen, Mechanics, and Apprentices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, change orders, RFIs, AIA billing, and documentation
• Conduct weekly site visits (20% field / 80% office)
• Coordinate with GC Project Managers, inspectors, utility companies, and internal teams
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and communication
• Build strong relationships with GCs and internal stakeholders

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 10 years in the commercial electrical industry
• 4 years in Project Management 6 years field experience
• Experience with AccuBid or similar software
• OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain upon hire; company-paid)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A decisive personality — confident in making daily project decisions
• English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

💰 Salary

$85,000–$95,000 depending on experience
