Location: On-site in Irving, Texas

Travel: ~2–3 weeks per quarter (Domestic International)

Are you a highly accountable project leader who thrives on turning strategy into execution? We're hiring a Director of Strategic Execution to coordinate and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across operations, sales, supply chain, finance, and customer experience.

In this pivotal role, you will:

🔹 Lead corporate-level PMO processes and establish consistent project disciplines

🔹 Own 1–2 major enterprise projects from planning through integration

🔹 Align executives and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones stay on track

🔹 Surface risks early, drive issue resolution, and communicate progress clearly

🔹 Influence strategic decisions as a member of the executive team

This role is ideal for someone who is energized by fast-paced environments, operates with minimal oversight, and excels at bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives. It is intentionally designed as a 1–2 year proving-ground role for future P&L leadership.

What You Bring:

✔ 3–5 years in project management, strategic operations, PMO, consulting, manufacturing planning, construction management, or similar environments

✔ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and hold teams accountable

✔ Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ High proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PM tools

✔ A self-directed, confident, detail-oriented, "no-excuses" approach to execution

✔ Valid passport ability to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to Have:

• MBA or advanced degree

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• ERP or CRM experience

Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base 10–20% bonus, comprehensive benefits.
