What You’ll Do
✨ Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients
✨ Serve as the go-to partner for client success, ensuring seamless service delivery
✨ Uncover opportunities for growth and lead contract negotiations with senior stakeholders
✨ Balance account management (70%) with business development (30%)—driving retention and new wins
✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, ops, product, and marketing) to deliver excellence
✨ Represent clients’ needs while tracking KPIs and delivering actionable insights to leadership
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–7 years of experience in account management, business development, or corporate sales
✔️ A proven history of managing large accounts and consistently hitting revenue targets
✔️ Strong communicator with negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Based in the NY Metro or NJ area, with the flexibility to travel regionally
✔️ A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer success
