We are seeking an Analytical Scientist to support analytical development of viral vector products, with a focus on AAV analytics, molecular assays, and cross-functional process development support. The role involves routine assay execution, method development, data review, and laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
- BS with 8 years, MS with 5 years, or PhD with 0–3 years in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in analytical characterization of AAV or viral vectors.
- Experience in sample testing, inventory tracking, and laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Preferred: HPLC/CE method development, empty-full ratio analysis (AUC, mass photometry, AEX-HPLC), DOE, automation, assay qualification.
- Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JMP, GraphPad, and e-Notebook tools.
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a lab environment with biological and hazardous materials and perform basic physical tasks.
