What are the responsibilities and job description for the UAT Test Analyst position at Talent Groups?
We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst / QA Analyst to support testing efforts for Health and Human Services applications. This role will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple releases.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of UAT/QA testing experience
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes, testing methodologies, and project delivery practices
- Experience testing Health and Human Services systems (SNAP, Medicaid, ACA, LTSS, CCAP, RIW or similar programs)
- Strong SQL skills and ability to query databases for validation
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with Selenium for test automation development and execution
