Test Case & Script Development

  • Learn new products and platform capabilities quickly to design effective, reusable UAT test cases.
  • Create new test cases for evolving functionality, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
  • Ensure test coverage across entitlements, payments, reporting, data accuracy, and role-based access.

  • Participate in sprint reviews, release readiness discussions, and go-live planning.
  • Support pilot programs, go-live validation, and post-launch hypercare.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain clear documentation of test cases, results, and defects.
  • Contribute to improvements in UAT processes and testing standards.
  • Ensure UAT aligns with quality, risk, and governance expectations.
  • Produce code and defect reports on UAT findings
