Job description:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with Architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver high quality implementations aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events).
- Implement and enhance HRSD Case Management, HR Services, HR Templates, Topics, Assignment Rules, and Knowledge.
- Develop server side and client-side scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, Notifications, SLAs, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and email integrations.
- Support CMDB, Discovery awareness, and data integrity for ITSM processes.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, UAT support, deployment, and postproduction support (L2/L3).
- Handle upgrades, cloning activities, update set management, and platform best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and technical documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center customization.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
- Certification – CSA ( Mandatory ), CIS – ITSM, HRSD ( Preferred)
