Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM & HRSD)
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions across ITSM & HRSD modules (Incident, Problem, Change, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events)
- Develop ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and ACLs
- Configure Service Catalog, SLAs, Notifications, Reports, and Dashboards
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO
- Support CMDB, Discovery, upgrades, deployments, and production issues (L2/L3)
- Work across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, and UAT
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
- Knowledge of Service Portal / Employee Center
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and HR workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to independently deliver end-to-end modules
Certifications:
- CSA (Mandatory)
- CIS ITSM / HRSD (Preferred)
