Must Have:

  • 7 years of ITSM experience
  • 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog & Flow Designer
  • Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong JavaScript, reporting & dashboard skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ServiceNow CAD
  • CIS-ITSM
  • ITIL Foundation/Intermediate

Salary : $45 - $50
