Essential Job Functions
- Develop deployment support documentation for customers
- Work with the management to develop deployment specifications and configurations
- Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
- Act as customer contact for deployment related inquiries and issues
- Install and test hardware at FAA customer sites
- Create technical artifacts needed for deployments at FAA customer sites
- Troubleshoot malfunction occurrences during� hardware installations
- Bachelor s degree (in computer science, engineering, or mathematics) 10 yrs. related experience�
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs
- Experience using power tools
- Experience troubleshooting installation/boot-up issues
- Vast knowledge and experience� with mid to large scale hardware refreshes/deployments in a government environment
- Must have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have time management, priority allocation and task management skills
- Ability to interact with customers and team members
- Must be able to work in a time-sensitive environment installing hardware on mission-critical systems
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to travel- travel will be frequent
- Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills and communication skills are required
