We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist II to lead bioanalytical method development and support drug discovery and development programs. This role involves designing and executing innovative experiments, driving assay development, and collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality, regulatory-compliant bioanalytical data.
Key Responsibilities:
- PhD with 8 years or MS/BS with 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in bioanalytical method development and validation
- Experience with immunoassays, LC-MS, and cell-based assays
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Lead cross-functional bioanalytical projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP and regulatory standards
