Responsibilities
Provide project support on project management-related program requirements including, but not limited to, tasks related to the total tracking, planning, program development, and outreach for projects funded by the DWSRF and the EC-SDC. The position will also involve the review and approval of SRF and EC-SDC projects such as pay requisitions and compliance with federal and state requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, tracking, and execution of funded projects
- Review project compliance, eligibility, and pay requisitions
- Maintain project plans and assist with priority list development (PPL)
- Coordinate with engineers, state agencies, and community stakeholders
- Assist in developing SOPs, guidance documents, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Experience in program development, project coordination, or public sector initiatives
- Strong knowledge of program planning, compliance, and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Salary : $65 - $68
