Responsibilities
- Lead Agile project planning activities including sprint scheduling, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Identify and resolve risks and impediments, escalating when necessary to maintain progress.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and dependencies to ensure PI commitments are met.
- Promote Agile best practices and foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and coaching.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align sprint goals with organizational priorities.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple complex workstreams.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with business-facing experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and project tracking metrics.
- Experience with Workday, especially Compensation modules.
- SAFe Agile or Scrum Master (SCM) certification.
