Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for data, engineering, and QA teams, ensuring effective Agile and Scrum practices
- Lead core Scrum ceremonies and support sprint execution and delivery
- Partner with Engineering, QA, Product, and Data teams to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and support team velocity and commitments
- Manage backlogs, sprints, and reporting using Azure DevOps
- Continuously improve Agile processes and promote transparency across stakeholders
- 4-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting engineering and QA teams
- Proven experience standing up Agile teams, processes, or delivery frameworks from scratch
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps for Agile delivery and reporting
- Experience supporting data-centric initiatives such as data platforms, data lakes, analytics, or integration projects
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve problems creatively
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Scrum Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar)
- Experience supporting data architecture or data platform initiatives
- Databricks experience (strongly preferred)
- Salesforce experience (strong plus)
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern data ecosystems
