Job Description

An Epic Outpatient/Healthy Planet Analyst is responsible for configuring, building, and optimizing Epic s population health management tools (Healthy Planet) and ambulatory workflows. They collaborate with clinical leaders to manage care gaps, registries, and data analytics to drive value-based care and improve patient outcomes.
