We are seeking a motivated Associate Scientist/Scientist to join our Injectable Drug Product Development team within Pharmaceutical Development & Clinical Supply (PDCS). This role focuses on drug product characterization, analytical testing, and biophysical studies to support clinical and commercial programs.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 0–2 years (MS) or 2–4 years (BS) of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of protein stability, thermodynamics, and degradation mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (UPLC/HPLC, DLS, CD, etc.) preferred
- Design and execute studies to evaluate protein stability and drug product characteristics
- Perform analytical and biophysical testing (e.g., UPLC, SEC, DLS, CD, DSC)
- Conduct physicochemical and stability studies for drug candidates
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams
