Positions responsible for performing Accounts Processor duties for the System Accounts Payable Department.
- The AP Processor will be responsible for providing A/P support to the Accounts Payable PO team
- Responsible for accurate, timely and discretionary processing of accounts payable functions
- Responsible for reviewing, researching and processing accounting payment documents including interpreting and applying established policies and procedures
- Matching invoices for payment with purchase orders and receiving
- Contacts appropriate vendor or department head to verify receipt of merchandise
- Researches credits, past due invoices and statements
- Responds to vendor inquiries regarding invoices
- Provides reports to the Accounts Payable Coordinator regarding unpaid invoices
- Performs audits on vendor
- Monitor AP-Po Mailboxes
- Assist PO Leads with invoice manual processing
