Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to join a fast-paced marketing team. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional marketing programs, ensure efficient operations, and drive meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple marketing programs spanning creative, social media, field marketing, and demand generation.
• Lead campaigns, including blog posts and website updates, while facilitating cross-functional meetings.
• Provide operational support during organizational transitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of program or project management experience, ideally within SaaS or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations and terminology.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
• Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing diverse stakeholders.
