What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kafka Admin position at Talent Groups?

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA).
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Kafka administration, preferably with Confluent Kafka.
- Strong expertise in Kafka ecosystem components (ZooKeeper/KRaft, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, MirrorMaker).
- Solid experience with Linux system administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
- Experience with Kafka monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and real-time streaming platforms..
