  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech/MCA).
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in Kafka administration, preferably with Confluent Kafka.
  • Strong expertise in Kafka ecosystem components (ZooKeeper/KRaft, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, MirrorMaker).
  • Solid experience with Linux system administration (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
  • Experience with Kafka monitoring tools and performance tuning.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed systems and real-time streaming platforms..
