Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or IT Project Manager.
- 10 years of experience gathering, documenting, and communicating business requirements and user stories.
- 10 years of experience creating business requirements, process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
- 10 years of experience managing multiple projects, project teams, and project work plans.
- 10 years of experience working within a State Government environment.
- 10 years of experience developing IT procurement documents, including RFPs and solicitations for software and professional services.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Mississippi Purchasing Agent (CMPA) certification.
- Experience supporting public sector IT modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
