We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee complex IT functions, lead technical teams, and manage enterprise IT services, cybersecurity operations, and vendor relationships. Required Qualifications
- 6 years of progressive IT experience managing complex information technology functions.
- 3 years of full-time supervisory experience in an IT environment.
- Experience managing IT services delivered through managed service providers (MSPs) or outsourced vendors, including Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, vendor performance monitoring, and service delivery oversight.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in cybersecurity operations, including incident response, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience in government, financial services, or other regulated environments, with an understanding of auditing, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Experience working within shared-services IT models in state government environments.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of IT initiatives.
- Experience with enterprise systems and integrations, including SAP, financial institution interfaces, and secure file transfer solutions.
- Experience with IT procurement, contract administration, vendor negotiations, and budget management.
