This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality user experience, process optimization, and continuous improvements across our contract management ecosystem.
Desired candidate should have hands-on Icertis experience and should be able to drive user adoption, operational excellence, and platform enhancements.
Required
- ~5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
- Strong understanding of CLM processes and system configuration.
- Experience with workflows, templates, metadata, and platform administration.
