We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate statewide initiatives focused on improving healthcare accessibility for individuals with disabilities and underserved rural populations. This role will oversee cross-agency projects, stakeholder engagement, policy implementation, vendor management, and program evaluation in support of healthcare transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex health policy and accessibility projects from planning through implementation.
- Coordinate with state agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocates, and individuals with lived experience.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workgroups, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Manage vendors, contracts, reporting, and compliance activities.
- Support data analysis, program evaluation, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Identify implementation barriers and drive solutions to improve healthcare accessibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- Strong experience in health policy, public health, disability services, program management, or public administration.
- Knowledge of ADA, Olmstead, healthcare systems, and accessibility initiatives.
- Proven experience managing multi-agency projects, stakeholders, budgets, and vendors.
- Excellent project management, communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Background:
- Experience working with state government, healthcare organizations, disability advocacy groups, or public health programs.
- Familiarity with rural healthcare access, health equity, and social determinants of health.
