Role Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Consulting Leader / Salesforce Sales Practitioner to drive growth of our Salesforce Automotive business across OEMs, captive finance, and dealer ecosystems
This leader will combine industry expertise, consulting-led sales, and solution architecture depth to shape large transformation programs, build CXO relationships, and deliver outcome-driven Salesforce engagements across the automotive value chain.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 15–20 years in consulting, with at least:
- 8 years in Salesforce ecosystem
- 5 years in Automotive domain
- Proven experience selling and delivering large transformation programs
- Strong track record in consulting-led deal shaping and closure
Industry Expertise
- Deep experience with:
- OEMs
- Captive auto finance
- Dealer/distribution networks
- Understanding of auto lifecycle (sales, ownership, aftersales, loyalty)
Salesforce Expertise
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Automotive Cloud
- Data Cloud (preferred)
- Integration platforms (MuleSoft preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business leadership experience
- Salesforce certifications (Architect / Industry Cloud preferred)
- Experience working with automotive clients
