What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cloud Engineer / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Engineer position at Talent Groups?
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer specializing in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to support enterprise-wide document automation initiatives in a large multi-agency environment. This role will be responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining IDP solutions, ensuring consistent standards, high accuracy, and smooth integrations across multiple departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building document classification and data extraction workflows, supporting multi-tenant environments, and providing training to agency administrators.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of hands-on IDP engineering experience (7 years overall IT experience preferred)
- Strong experience in workflow automation, document classification, and data extraction
- Experience working with multi-tenant / multi-department IDP deployments
- Scripting and development experience using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to workflow failures, document processing errors, and integrations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train and mentor non-technical administrators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tungsten Automation TotalAgility (certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with Tungsten RPA, Tungsten Communication Manager, or similar tools
- Experience in government, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and secure document processing practices
- Exposure to AI/ML-based document model training and optimization
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
