Job Title: Global Business Development Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Lowell, MA (Hybrid: Tue–Thu onsite; Mon & Fri remote)
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hours: 40 hours/week (No overtime or weekend work expected)
Contract Duration: Up to 6 months
About the Team
The Global Business Development and Marketing team plays a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue growth. Lead Coordinators support this mission by ensuring inbound and international leads are accurately assigned, qualified, and routed to the appropriate Sales and Business Development teams with speed and precision.
About the Role
As a Global Business Development Coordinator, you will manage the international unassigned lead queue, ensuring timely lead distribution and accurate CRM data. You will act as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, BDRs, and International Reseller teams to support global pipeline development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly reassign international unassigned leads to the appropriate global Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Maintain accurate and complete lead and account records in Salesforce.com.
- Respond to inbound sales calls and live chat inquiries, creating and qualifying leads for routing.
- Identify and collaborate with the International Reseller team on leads that fall outside the ideal customer profile.
- Partner closely with global BDRs to ensure seamless lead handoff, follow-up, and pipeline progression across regions and time zones.
- Proactively monitor lead queues to minimize response times and maximize conversion opportunities.
About You
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Marketing, Business Development, or lead coordination roles.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently.
- High attention to detail with a data-driven approach to CRM documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the enterprise software industry (HCM or Workforce Management preferred).
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
