Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in data modeling, cloud environments, and database technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with large-scale data systems and enterprise-level data architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather data requirements
- Ensure data models align with enterprise data strategy and governance standards
- Perform data analysis and support data integration efforts
- Optimize database structures for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cloud and data engineering teams for data platform implementations
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 11 years of experience in data modeling or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Modeler / Data Modeling Specialist
- Expertise in Teradata
- Experience with SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Unity or similar environments)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Local to Hartford, CT or willing to work in a hybrid model
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
Salary : $55 - $58
