A Day In the Life Of:
About the Role: Treatment Coordinator
What You’ll Do
- Guide patients through treatment recommendations after their exam
- Break down clinical information into clear, approachable explanations
- Present accurate financial estimates, explain insurance coverage, and set up payment plans
- Collaborate with the insurance coordinator to verify benefits & obtain pre‑authorizations
- Follow up on outstanding treatment plans to keep schedules full and patients on track
- Assist with general front office responsibilities, including patient scheduling, coordinating appointments, and supporting smooth daily operations as needed
- Serve as the go‑to patient advocate, answering questions and supporting their experience

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
